Please read through for volunteer opportunity descriptions. If you have any questions about the roles, you can contact Mary Quin Moore (volunteers@wsepta.com) or your classroom teacher directly.

Room Parent: Coordinates teacher class gifts, manages classroom directory, helps with PTA communication to classroom families. Communicate important information to parents. Requires a lot of e-mails with your class and teacher; mostly an at-home job with occasional opportunities at school. Great way to get to know your teacher and other parents in the class.

Thursday Folder Volunteer: Sorts completed student work and school flyers into folders to go home each Thursday. Must be able to come to school 1x a week to organize folders. 

Workroom/Copy Volunteer: Come in on Thursdays/Fridays to make copies for the next week. 

Library Volunteer: Parent helper for classroom on Library day.

Winter Party Coordinators: Help your teacher coordinate fun activities and treats for the classroom, create party item donation signups.

Camp Write-Along will happen the week of March 8th (before Spring Break)

Exact Times/Dates TBA but each group will need 3 parent volunteers for Set-Up and 3 parent volunteers for Take-Down.
